About MeI am a Ph.D candidate at Northeastern University in Boston, working with Professor David Kaeli and the NUCAR group. My current research focuses on GPU architecture and design. I am the lead developer of the AMD Southern Islands GPU simulator within the larger Multi2Sim simulation framework.
I have also spent a large amount of time dealing with performance, portability, and abstractions for OpenCL. I am a co-author of Heterogeneous Computing with OpenCL, and co-developed the AMD OpenCL University Kit. I mainly work with AMD GPUs and Fusion processors, however, in the past I've also had exposure to NVIDIA GPUs and the CUDA architecture.
